Billing & Terms: Rates are billed based on the total committed duration in 4-week increments (4, 8, 12 ... up to 52 weeks). Ontario HST (13%) applies to the rental fee. Physical keys require a $15 deposit per key, fully refundable when keys are returned upon service completion.

Key Deposit Return

A $15 refundable deposit is held per metal box key loaned. Keys may NOT be duplicated. Return keys within 7 days of service conclusion to receive your full key deposit refund.

Advance Renewal Policy

Rental fees are due and payable in advance. A reminder will be placed in your mailbox. Box closures occur if payment is past due for 1 week.
