Step 3: Terms & Rental Agreement Acceptance

Key Agreement Highlights:

1. Identification: Government-issued photo ID must be presented before any mail is released.

2. Keys & Bailment: Key deposit ($15) is 100% refundable upon return within 7 days of service end. Keys may not be duplicated. Relationship is one of bailment.

3. Canada Post Compliance: Applicant shall use only the designation "PMB" or "#" (e.g. Unit 5A – 150 University Ave W, PMB #105, Waterloo, ON N2L 3E4).

4. Advance Fees: Fees must be paid in advance. 1-week grace period applies for renewals before closure.

5. Volume: Up to 75 pieces/mo for Size A; 125 for Size B; 175 for Size C.
